Privacy policy
Updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains what Stackworks Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Stackworks", "we", "us") collects when you use stackworks.sh, talk to the lab's agent (Wilson) by text or voice, book a call, or email us, and what we do with it. Questions: hello@stackworks.sh.
What we collect
- Your conversation with the agent. The messages you type or say, and the brief it writes from them.
- Contact details you give us. Name, organisation, email and phone number, if you choose to share them.
- Files you upload in the chat, such as site photos, plans or equipment lists.
- Voice. If you turn voice on, your microphone audio is streamed for live transcription while voice is on. We keep the text of what you said, not the audio.
- Booking details. The time you pick and how you'd like to meet.
- Technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the sites and block abuse. The sites run no analytics or advertising trackers and set no tracking cookies; the site uses browser session storage and essential session cookies to maintain chat and enquiry sessions.
How we use it
- To answer you, write your brief, and prepare for and hold your call.
- To send the emails you asked for: your brief, booking confirmations and call reminders.
- To follow up about the work you asked us about.
- To keep the sites secure and working.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising, and we don't use your conversations to train AI models.

Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@stackworks.sh. You can stop reminder emails by replying to any of them. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and we'll honour them.
