Stackworks / Terms of use

Terms of use

Updated October 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of stackworks.sh, operated by Stackworks Lab LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Stackworks", "we", "us"), and your conversations with the lab's agent there. Engineering work, including any Stellar system, is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

The agent is an AI

The agent on these sites is an AI. It can be wrong. Its replies and the brief it writes are a starting point for a conversation with the lab, not a quote, a contract, or professional, legal, tax or financial advice. Scope, price and timeline are only set in writing after a call.

Using the sites

  • Use the sites to tell us what you need built and to book time with the lab.
  • Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, anything unlawful, or classified or export-controlled material; those belong in a call under the right agreement.
  • Don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the sites or the agent, or use them to produce content for other purposes.
  • We may limit or block use that looks automated or abusive.

Your content

What you tell the agent and upload stays yours. You give us permission to use it to answer you, prepare your brief and do the work you ask about, as described in our privacy policy.

Bookings

Call times are offered in good faith. If we need to move a call we'll tell you as early as we can, and you can reschedule or cancel by replying to any booking email.

Our content

Stackworks, Wilson and Stellar, and the sites' design, text, images and software, belong to Stackworks or its licensors. Don't copy them without permission.

No warranty; limits

The sites are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stackworks isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the sites or relying on the agent's replies, and our total liability for anything related to the sites is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
